How to change alias (and URL) creation for category titles in Russian from numerical to transliteration (from cyrillics to latin symbols)?

For already created numerical aliases is there an automatic way to convert them to transliteration?

Ensure that you have enable this 'Allow unicode aliases' setting from your site backend > Easydiscuss > setting > SEO , so you can able to store and show those characters into category alias.
