Hello is there a way to limit the number of blogs for a user or a way to limit the number of blogs per month using payplans ?

I see the restriction but is that for the total amount of submission every or for a month , year , etc

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this point of time, but that could be great feature
Perhaps, can you create a new ticket under feature request so that our developer can keep track feature that can be implement in the future release

You mean the EasySocial Profile Types app in payplans? if yes, actually this app is for profile type assignation if user has subscribe that certain plan, and this has nothing to do with easyblog restriction.
