Notifying Subscribers of Recycled Blog Posts

Rescheduling (recycling) of previously posted blogs does not auto-send new notifications to subscribers. Subscribers have to be manually notified of updated blog posts. Can you enable subscribers to be automatically notified when blog posts are re-posted at some future date? THANKS!
I would also like to see this feature in Easy Blog
