Notify Author on New Comments

I have tried to select Yes on Settings > Notifications > Comments > Notify Author on New Comments, but when I save, that setting resets to No. How can I turn on that setting?

Our site access is in another open ticket for HTML Block.

Hey Gary,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Thanks for supplying these details and I found the bug. It seems this only happens when you disabled the option "Notify author on pending comments".

I have fixed this for you on your site but in case other users are experiencing similar problems, download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/settings/notifications/

Hey Gary,

I just tried this locally and seems to be working fine for me. Not really sure how to reproduce this issue. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hey Gary,

We actually deal with quite a number of tickets on a daily basis and we are not too sure where you posted it. It's best that you add your site details once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site and you don't have to always provide us these details when you create a new post
