"Notify admins on new posts" not working!

Hello

After updating to latest version (4.0.18) Notification (Email) for a new post not sent!
It just working for replies on it!

I checked " Email Configurations ". and " Notify admins on new posts" was on, but even there is no email for creating a new post on "Email Activities" section. you can see the attachment

Is was because of iconv php function. I installed it and problem fixed:)

Perhaps you can share with us which admin (email address) suppose to receive this new post email notification? And provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check.
