The admin for our site now wants to be notified when a post is submitted and the post to be unpublished by default until the admin approves it??? How do I set this up as our site currently does not do this???
Hi Ryan,
in order to achieve this, you have to make sure this ACL setting is set to No.
For the author's user group, ACL>usergroup>Compose>Allowed To Publish Post>No(http://take.ms/1ftyu)
Once you do this, new posts created by the users in this usergroup will be submitted to moderators for approval and will only be published once the post is approved.
