Couple of questions on Notifications polling queries since these settings can be found in multiple section:

1) For Easysocial Alerts, I use the Notification Module to show System notifications, friend request and conversations and I dont use the notifications in frosty toolbar. I see this module has its own polling setting. In this case, is it safe to disable the Alerts in EasySocial -> Alerts -> System Notification, Friend Notification, Conversation Notification set to no? Or do these needs to be enabled for notifications module to work?

2) If the notifications is set to disabled in EasySocial -> Themes -> Frosty setting but its enabled under EasySocial -> Alerts -> System Notification, does Easysocial still query every x seconds cuz its enabled here?

I am trying to understand the effect of these and wondering if this and the module will make it double the polling to be done.
Please find the response to your inquiries below:

You can disable them if you want but I really don't see it having any effect on the site at all

Nope, since the template isn't generating these codes, they are not triggered.
