We've seen an uptick in spam posts recently, and have been experiencing this weird behavior:

• Spam post created
  
• "New Post Requires Moderation" email received
  
• Click 'Reject'
  
• "New Question Posted" email received !?
  

Note the rejected post is 'unpublished' and inn-accessible to the public, but it's still odd that we get a notification. We shouldn't receive that email.
