Hello,

On my site the notifications displayed on toolbar go off screen (please check the attached screen shot)?

Best regards,
Imran
Hey Imran,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Sorry but I am actually a little lost here. If this is a new issue altogether, can you please start a new ticket on our forums?

Hey Imran,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. How do I reproduce this issue? What is the screen resolution that you are using on the site?

Hi Mark,

It was a large screen, desktop, with resolution 1400x900.

I also tried on 1920x1200, same issue.

I think, it only happens on this page (on other screen sizes not tried yet): https://islamic.community/social

Regards,
Imran

Hey Imran,

I am not really sure how to reproduce this error on your site. When I access your site, this is how the toolbar looks like and it doesn't look like your screen shot, http://screencast.com/t/fNhxpWPtfHp

Your back end is extremely slow and I think you need to reconsider which plugins you use on your site.

Hello Mark,

Strangely, it's no longer occurring anymore on large / Desktop screens. If it reappears I would update you here (please do not close the ticket for a while yet).

Re: the slow speed

Microsoft Edge Browser console reporting lots of 301 errors with this URL: https://islamic.community/?id=121 with Request header for cookies?

I have removed all the unused extensions & plugins and cleared all the Joomla / webserver / browser caches but it seems the delay issue might as well to do with settings of cookies (not sure which component or extension is causing that). Would you please check if it's to do with one of your extensions?

NOTE: Sorry, I did not create a separate ticket since I'm not sure what extension is causing the 301 error issue. Many of the third-party extensions have been removed leaving only 1 or 2. BTW, main menu or URLs are not referring to any of the removed extensions / components and the "System - Redirector" plugin has been disabled as well.

Best regards,
Imran
