Hello,
I have discovered that, when I post something to the general forum on EasySocial, no one receives an email. However, if I or someone else then comments on the post, an email is sent out. Is there some way to fix this? And could I change the settings to only send email for the initial post, and not for the comments? Ideally, I would like to be able to choose which of these two options to use for the site:
1. email notification only on posts
2. email notification on both posts and comments
Thank you.
Hi Naomi,
If you are referring to new story updates in EasySocial dashboard(http://take.ms/iaof4), then unfortunately there are no email alerts available.

For comments or any other alerts on EasySocial, you can find them in the alerts section in the backend(http://take.ms/AxZaC) and configure them accordingly. For example, you can unpublish the alert if you do not want to receive alerts for that action. You can discover alerts on the site too if you have any other installed extensions that has EasySocial integration.
