Currently EasyDiscuss does not support notifications in JomSocial. We do plan to have support for JomSocial notifications in the future though.

Actually, in the activity stream I can see 'new questions' but not 'new reply' or 'comments'.
They are set to 'yes' on integrations>jomsocial>jomsocial activity stream

Hm, sorry but a little lost here. Are you referring to the live notifications or the streams? If it's the stream, it's actually supported by EasyDiscuss If it's not working for you, can you please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site?

Hm, not sure if I understand you here? Anyone that posts a reply on a discussion will generate a new stream item. If you see my screen shot above, it generates a new post on the stream

I'm ok with that.
If I post a reply I will see it in my stream.
But if someone else post a reply to the same question, must I see it in my stream to ? That the question indeed

I guess it depends on JomSocial since you need to be a friend to view someone else stream updates?

now I understant what live notification do and what activity stream shows.
Live notifications would ave been the best of course.
If you have a road map, i will wait for this
