hi guys

my notifications bubble doesnt load any more... it just keeps thinking and thinking.

I have almost 1000 unread notifications, i noticed that in other accounts it does work, probably because theres less notifications.

How can i fix this?

Hi Ezrul dont worry i already fixed it... it just took over an hour to load since it were sooo many notifications.

Hello Eddie,

Ah I see. Yea 900+ unread notifications is quite a lot for your site to load. Make sure you mark it as read for every notification that appear on your site later on. By the way with the latest version of easysocial there is a functionality where the notification will be automatically marked as read whenever you click on the globe icon.

Unfortunately our support policy does not cover the guarantee for the customized site as the site is entirely handled by the user, not us. Hence it is advisable for you to perform a backup prior to updating in the future to avoid any lost.
