First, we pushed our waste-archive.formationsdev.com site live, so now it is on the wastebusters.green domain. Can you please change our license to this domain?

Is there any way to globally turn ON the email notifications for all users without having to open and change every one manually? I didn't find a default setting to have all registered users automatically have email notifications on.

Do you mean currently you have to open individual user's alerts setting page and enable their alerts? If that's the case, does this mean you do not want to allow users to change their notification settings(always enabled)? You can refer to the screenshot I provided below.
I didn't find a default setting to have all registered users automatically have email notifications on.
Refer to this screenshot(http://take.ms/5scYc). You can configure the default email notification settings at the alerts section.
