Hm, that's odd because it's showing that your assets are being loaded on netdna which I believe is from maxcdn ?

yes that's correct but how is that happening if cdn is disable in the backend? I am not using any other plugins

Since CDNs would normally add caching on the headers of the item, it's most likely that the item is cached within the browser
