It´s easy to understand the wide notifications to super admin are send ok, but we subscribe a single user to a single post, we check if the user appears in subscriber area (it appears) and the we cilc in button post (admin area) to sed mail notification again, the notification to author is send again but to the subscriber no .

Thanks.
Do you mean that user subscribe on one of the single post on your site frontend?

Then when the admin click on this resend email notification button from backend (http://take.ms/ZSPf1), the system doesn't send email notification to this subscriber?

If i understand wrongly, perhaps you can elaborate more details regarding this?

Logically this subscriber shouldn't get any email notification for this if admin re-send the email notification for this blog post.

If the user subscribe on this blog post, this subscriber only receive an email notification when the user add a new comment in this blog post. (Ensure this setting is enable 'Notify subscribers on new comments' from backend > Easyblog > setting > notification > comment)

Unless this subscriber subscribe for this blog author or this blog category, so this subscriber should able to receive an email notification for this when admin resend that email notification from backend.
