How can i get my notification in my inbox email:When someone add me or sent me a message??

This is actually already possible out of the box whenever someone messages you on EasySocial. Did you setup the cronjobs yet as outlined in http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/cronjobs ?
