Notification/Privacy options not working properly

The Notifications and Privacy settings aren't working. The color of the button changes slightly when pressed but the changes do not take affect when saved. screenshot attached.

I have clear your system cache at Backend>System>Clear Cache. And it works fine now. Please give it a try.
