I have not received mail for some time, if a user created a new blog post or a new event and fan page to come free.

Have I overlooked in the setting something or swallowed the serve the notification?

EasyBlog & EasySocial

Best regards
Hi QMAXX,

Seems like you've disable the 'receive system email' for each of your superadmin where it doesn't sent out the moderation email.
If you want one of superadmin receive moderation email you need to enable this setting : https://www.screencast.com/t/sMkkciKLlk1
Please give it a try

Hi QMAXX,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:
I have not received mail for some time, if a user created a new blog post

-> Make sure the user is subscribe to the blog and double check the notification in the backend(alert - new blog post) and front-end (settings>preferences>manage alert>new blog post)

or a new event

-> Unfortunately, there is no setting to notified user as there is new event was created in the EasySocial currently. There is only event reminder notification where is there upcoming event the user will be notified

and fan page to come free.

-> Same with inquiry above currently there is no notification for new page created.

Hope this helps

I mean now no notification for the users. But for me. So I noticed when a user wrote a new page or blog article.

Because I do have to unlock first.

Hi QMAXX,

Sorry for the misunderstanding your inquiry
Do you mean here is you did not get email moderation notification isn't it? Because you need to approve it first so that the user can create a blog, event and pages?
Can I create a registered test user in your site or you have any registered test user to us replicate this issue?

Yes you can make.

I do not receive an email notification when a user creates a blog, event, etc.

I have to unlock it. Without notification, I get it but unfortunately only coincidentally with.

Sorry for my bad English.

The Support user will receive the mail. This is ok.

More importantly, I would now ask the question: From post # 20 wrong page
