Notification for tagged on sounclound or embed post

Hey guys, when someone is tagged on soundcloud or embed post, html codes is showing in the notification.
Thanks for the heads up on this Robert. We'll fix this in the next release, was able to reproduce this locally but it requires quite a bit of changes to fix this.

Hi Mark, I still get the same result (see attachment) I have tried without the hashtag and still get the same issue.
