Notification Emails sending out wrong URL

I added the sign in info below for the popup and the Joomla admin.
You may send out the one notification you requested be aware that this is a live site so if you need to do anything else you can try it on staging site first listed in the private area it has the same login credentials

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here.

Can you update your live site and FTP access so we can better have a check?

And update your site backend authentication login details as well because I was unable to access your site backend, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Also can I have the permission to re-send email notification from the existing blog post? In this testing, I will turn off those notification setting and only send to custom email address.

However before you do this can you explain the above statement or confirm you can write one test blog and only send out to one person at one time before you do this?

But I dont want to duplicate sending emails that are from more than a month ago to my customers that would be thousands

Please confirm before trying this?

Yes, I can manage to send to only 1 test email account.

Since you already provided us with your staging site, perhaps I can try this on your staging site first without modify anything on your live site.

And I still unable to login on your staging site backend, this is what I hitting now :

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.


May i know your current FTP user account is it can able to access your staging Joomla root directory folder? Because currently I am not sure which folder is belong to that staging site directory folder.
