Hi guys

Urgent one, emails have stopped being delivered to all administrators, this includes notifications and new user notifications etc!

What is going on?! Nothing has changed our end and the cron-job is still in place?

Hi there,

Seems like there are issues on your SMTP emails configurations as you can see here http://take.ms/Als2A. Can you give it a check and see how it goes. Maybe you can consult with your current web hosting regarding this also if you not sure about this.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

We have tested the SMTP and it is now working, it sent out the "This is a test mail sent using "SMTP". Your email settings are correct!" email, but our account still isn't receiving normal emails like application emails etc.

Why is this?

Hi there,

I do receive them as you can see here http://take.ms/02rN3. Have you checked you current cronjobs configurations? You will need to consult with your current web hosting service provider regarding this and see how it goes.

Cronjobs are in place as per your documentation, the email notifications are just sitting in pending. The only emails we are receiving is the application emails.

What is going on? Please can you help?
