Notification emails going out but Subscription emails are not

I believe that I have set up the email parts correctly, as I can post a message via email, and I receive the admin email notifications telling me when an item is posted. However, even though I have subscribed to the site for instant delivery I receive no subscription emails from the site. I can't figure out why this is, so I'm writing for help!

I'm also concerned with understanding the process of how to set the site up so that folks who submit posts via email can receive replies from EasyDiscuss, and reply to those to carry on a conversation. This is a key reason we wanted EasyDiscuss - I'm just not understanding how to set it up for this using the documentation at hand.

Hello again!

I'm starting this thread up again to find out if the modifications that you've made to my running copy of EasyDiscuss have made it into the newer versions. I'm looking to upgrade but I certainly do not want to break what we have going here as it's working quite well for the most part. We still have the iPad issue when initiating a conversation, but otherwise it's a beautiful thing.

So- are these mods now available in general release?

Sorry for the late reply. The changes made should now be in the latest EasyDiscuss. However to be entirely safe, as from what I can see here a lot of modifications have been made, it would be best if you backup your site or perform an installation in a test site before moving it to your live site. If you run into any issue, do inform us so that we can help you check it out
