Using the notification app, we have an email sent to new members when their membership is activated.

It has an embedded image that is placed in the standard way using the content editor.

However, the image does not appear in the sent email (see attachment).

Any thoughts as to why this might be?

Hi Andrew,

I've tried to replicate this issue locally. Seems there is a bug when appending image in the email template.
I've logged into our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.

Hi Andrew,

Our developer has updated that the image should be in absolute path, where in tiny mce editor somehow replace the path into relative url. We have use jce editor and save it with absolute path, now the image was shows fine in email:
