Notification email for new subscribers - re-opened

Hi - reopening this issue as the welcoming email is not showing the embedded image again.

From your earlier reply, it seems your developers say it has to do with the editor using a relative or absolute path for the image. I have tried both with TinyMCE and JCE - still can't get it to work.

Any thoughts?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

My colleague is not around during weekend, perhaps you can share with us how to replicate this issue on your site so I can able to take a look during weekend?

It's one of the emails sent from PayPlans Notification app - namely the new subscriber email. It has an embedded image...it is not appearing in the received email.

Hey Andrew,

Based on what i tested on your newsite2 site, it seems like your JCE editor still set to use Relative URLs, this is why it still not show the correct absolute image URL from the email.

I already help you updated some thing on your site, you can check my attached screenshot below.

It should populate the correct image in the email now.
