Hello,

I'm facing an language issue when user subscribed a blogger.
Our site is in multi-language (our default language + English).

When English is selected on the front-end and user subscribes a blogger, the user receives the subscription confirmation email in default language (Not in English). (FYI: Only subject field is in English.)

Notification email should be in the same language with the front-end language selected by user.
How can I fix this?

Additional info:

On the back-end > Mail activities, the email preview is shown in English, but actual email was delivered in non-English language.

Maybe i have replicated wrongly, please advice.

It's surprising that you received in English successfully.

Did you log in with credentials I gave, then specified the email address when subscribing?
I tried that, but no success.

On the contrary, can you try to subscribe in Japanese to see if you receive the email in Japanese?

Well, I have no idea why I have no success...
I've tested with the same credentials but every time I receive emails in Japanese. (although "subject" is in English".)

Just to confirm,
Notification emails should be sent in the language selected on front-end, right?

It seems that maybe your gmail set to auto-translate as shown here https://screencast.com/t/k2n7yXNituk6 Maybe you can give a check about this first. Maybe try to use another browser or use your mobile to see those emails. Please advice.

Yes it is. Emails will sent based on what current language of your site.

Actually, I'm not testing with gmail. Also I tried different browsers, cleared cache, etc., but no success.

I don't know why.
But as long as you never experienced problem when you tested, I will assume it should be OK.
So I will leave it as it is, for now.

maybe you can consult with your email service provider regarding this issues and keep us updated or maybe can you give us with email service provider you are using for us to have a further check on this issues. Please advice.
