Notification Email For Approved Status!

Hello dear friends,

I think "Notification" email for Approved status could be useful.
Because a user maybe never find out that his comment published :/

P.S.
If the comment is deleted or marked as SPAM i wouldn´t like to trigger an email.

A nice idea yes ... But it should be possible to enable / disable that. In my country we have strange SPAM laws and in some situations it might not be OK to send out such an "notification" email. So the admin should decide if he need that feature or not. The default one should be disabled.
