Hello. Can you please test it:
1) user1 uploaded photos to album
2) user2 comment album with "Comment1" (it should be first and only one comment in album)
3) user1 get notification with "Comment1"
4) user2 edited his comment to "Comment2"
Result: Notification still display "Comment1"
Thanks.
Hey there,

It is the correct behavior currently, all these live notification are state-of-time information.

Imagine if the system already send out the email notification to the user when someone comment on his post status, is it the system should re-send another email to the post owner when user edit their own comment? If this user edit their own comment multiple times, I believe the owner of this post will feel very annoying when he retrieve multiple modified comment content email notification.

So this is the same situation for the system notification, although system doesn't send out multiple notification to the post owner when the user edit their own comment, it shouldn't render the edited comment content since this notification is not notify on after user edited comment. Unless the notification behavior change to notify post owner when user edit their own comment.

And another situation is if that user edit their own comment after 1 hour ago, that post owner might be already see that first comment as what he posted, so I feel that is no point to update that live notification comment content.

From what we tested, it seems like some of the notification is not using this behavior, we will standardise this as well.

By the way, currently you are the only person who compliant this, we will see if there a lot of user complaint this as well, we will consider to update the live notification comment if someone edit their comment in next major Easysocial update.
