Is it possible to mention the newest user first?

Until now it is so: User picture - User1, User2 and User3 like your comment. Here, User 3 is the latest.

Is there a solution for this?

May I know how to replicate this? Is it User A upload a photo and comment it, then user B,C, and D like the comment? or
