Notification about tagging user display cropped comment text

Hello.
1) Find some stream item with photo
2) wright comment and tag userA
Result: UserA will get two notification:
1) one with full comment text
2) second about tagging and cropped text.
I suppose, second nd notification should display full comment or “...” at the end?

Sorry, my mistake. Can you please try if UserB is photo’s owner?

1) UserA post photo to stream (default story album)
2) UserB wright comment and tag userA
Result: UserA will get two notification:
1) one with full comment text
2) second about tagging and cropped text.
