EasyBlog: 5.0.27
Joomla: 3.5.1
URL: removed

There's an Notice: Undefined blah blah blah shown at the top of various (not all) blog posts. I just updated to 5.0.27 from 5.0.24 but didn't update plugins or modules because that always overrides the modules and then I have to remember how the old ones were set up and do them over again.

I tried reinstalling some of the EB Plugins but that didn't do anything.

I think it might be something in their content because only certain posts have the issue. Can you tell what might be causing the issue?

Yes, I know Joomla is out of date, I am updating extensions before Joomla but then came across this issue.

Oh, Error Reporting is already set to "None."

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Ok, I've added that with some hesitation. Will you please let me know the file and path of anything you change? Will you please let me know what the problem was if you just "fix it" so that I know what to do if it happens again? If you change a file, will that same problem be released in the next version so that it doesn't override when we next update?

Sorry to be some questionful and stern on it but this ain't my first rodeo and I don't want to be stuck again later.

Thanks,
Jenn
PS It's about time for bed on this side of the world so forgive delays. Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

Actually, we can't access your backend access and we faced this problems http://prntscr.com/c7krjq. Maybe this is the caused of your issues. Can you please try to enable "Jsecure - system" plugin at your Backend>Extension>Plugins>*search for Jsecure sytem plugin*.

Jsecure has been working fine but it doesn't like this version of PHP. Indeed though that did take care of the undefined notice from my phone anyways. So, I'll add a .htaccess to that instead and mark this solved after removing the URL from my first post.

Did that remove the error from the blog posts for you on a desktop?

Thanks very much,
Jenn
