Hi

While registering a account, i got a message - Notice SMTP Error: data not accepted - at the end of the registration.
I checked the email and I did not get any email for the activation link. Meanwhile, I received email notification as admin in another account.
It seems the user is not getting email while only admin is. What could be wrong?

NB: I already submitted my site details.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You are most likely getting this error because you set a different sender email address if you are using SMTP. You should review your settings in your Joomla Global Configuration and make the necessary changes.

If you are using SMTP, the sender should be the same as the username that you use for SMTP.
