Nothing Works When I Create a New Post

I haven't had any issues creating posts. But today, I just tried creating new post and when the new post opens up, I can't do anything except write text. It won't let me save or switch between tabs (to get to SEO, etc) or do anything. I even tried re-installing Easy Blog, but that didn't fix it.

Did you recently installed the Googletagmanager plugin or made any changes in the plugin? The plugin is throwing errors, https://take.ms/54To6 and this is causing the page to fail to render. If you disable the plugin, everything works fine.
