Thanks for your cooperation, seems like there is some different notes file from my local. However I've make fix in the file:
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/notes/tables
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/notes/views/profile/view.html.php
Please give it a try now

Seems like the notes installer in our apps store not yet the latest. I've update the apps to version 2.0.2
