Not true formatting

Hello. Please help solve the problem with the text formatting. In screenshot # 1 is how it should be. After saving, all in one place to become.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like this plugin "Shortcodes Ultimate" striped these space html code <br>, I have temporary disabled this plugins, it should work fine now.

By the way, if you really want to use this plugin, you can enable it back, but you have to turn off Easydiscuss "Content Events Triggers" feature from backend > Easydiscuss > settings > general > composer

So this will not affect the Easydiscuss content when you enable 3rd party content plugin.

Hey there,

Did you initially configured EasyDiscuss to use TINYMCE and switched to bbcode? From the looks of it, it looks like you configured it to use TINYMCE. You need to edit the post and fix the format using the "enter" key.

Yes, at first I used a different editor and then switched to bbcode. But the fact is that any new post created in bbcode is not true formatting. However, if I click edit then it shows the normal formatting.

The thing is that shortcode I got a lot done on the site. Who do I contact for fixing this issue? If you need to write the producers shortcodes could You write what to tell them because I do not know much English.

Hey Sergey,

You will / should contact the author of the plugin and let them know that they are messing with the contents. When these plugins are removing the break tags, <br> it will then cause issues.
