1. Free Sytle Support
This is a really good support system that has a built-in portal. It is 100% Joomla compatible.
2. Active Helper Live
This is a support based live chat system that is run through your site and support staff assist via a desktop, Apple OS, Android, or mobile Apple app.
I use both of them on my computer support website and they work excellent. If I do happen to run into an issue their Support is top notch like yours.
