Not so Easy Installer for 5.0.17 update

At stage 2 of Easy Installer while trying to update 5.0.16 to 5.0.17.

Have regenerated API key, cut and pasted from my login and receive this errror.

"Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support."

Have you to try to install it via directory? You can download full package from your stackideas dashboard area here, http://stackideas.com/dashboard . If you still encounter some problem during the installation kindly provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you with the installation of easyblog 5.0.17
