I have switched on Sandbox testing on the Live site of MasqueradingPets.com to test a few things, but Business Owners are NOT getting a payment screen on signup, just the activation screen/code request, so it’s not charging them


Could you check it please.


**It was also happening on MasqueradingDating.com The user TEST1 was not asked for payment and the transaction is showing to them as not complete.

I'm still getting the problem on Dating, it's not asking for payments.
I've cleared the cache, but it hasn't changed anything...Any suggestions?

If you try checking out with a paid subscription, use the code

testingeaster

it's valid for 100% so can be used on any paid plan

Ok, thank you for sharing the details. As once 100% discount is applied then the subscription will be free.
I've checked your site and found that you have enabled the Skip Free invoice setting at your site, so the invoice checkout page is skipped if the subscription is free. For free subscription payment is not needed so payment screen will be skipped and user directly redirect to thank you page.

Can you disable this setting and try again to check.

When testing this yesterday and today, I didn't even get to the point of putting in a code for a discount.

It was asking to confirm the plan, then taking you to the signup screen, and then it was skipping the actual point of giving you the breakdown/invoice and jumping straight to 'activate your account'.

No code was put in and no invoice/payment requested, even though the plans chosen were paid plans.

It means that any user that is trying to sign up, will not be charged.

Hi,

I’ve tried this on a PC and it works fine, but it doesn’t always work on all devices. I will need to monitor it, so can we keep the ticket open while I give it a week or so?
