I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I tried to replicate the issue from your site by uploaded few photos into an album, i then login with another user ( sam ) and posted a comment on one of the photo. When i re-login and click on the notification link of the new comment made to my photo, the link did translate to SEF and bring me to correct photo page. Is your this issue now resolved?

You can login with the user account you provided and check the notification on the photo comment.
Please advise.
