Not receiving update notification in back end

My version appears to be out of date, but I'm not getting the notification in the back end to update (see attachment). It looks like there are some new features in version 4.0.11 (like conversation mode) that I'd like to have.

Hello Liykiboomi,

I believe there is a bug with 4.0.11 which prevented the update button from being visible, the only way to fix this is to update to 4.0.12.

I was able to update to 4.0.11 after your last intervention; so do I need to update to 4.0.12? Back end is showing that 4.0.11 is the up to date.

Hello,

You don't need to update to 4.0.12 since we haven't release that version. 4.0.11 is the latest version currently.
