Hi, I am not receiving registration email to admin when someone register in EasySocial. I have also checked spamfolder, no emails. Any advice on this issue?

I am sorry for the late reply for this. When I am in the process of debugging, the website suddenly is not accessible from our end:(. Can you please advise?

Hi, it might have something to do with me having a firewall, what is your current IP. I might have to whitelist you

The newsletter email is being generated by Mailchimp and not from your site. I believe your email settings are incorrect and the site isn't generating any emails at all.

Anyway, please fix your ftp access if you want us to further troubleshoot this as the ftp access is not working.

Hi Oddgeir Lium,

I have inspected that, your admin account Receive System Emails
have been disabled http://screencast.com/t/CQ50dm7pig. I've enable the setting, and its should works fine now. I have replicate this with my admin test account I always received the new registration on the site http://screencast.com/t/XhboOm8gg.

You can locate the settings for Receive System Emails on:
Users->Manage->Admin_Name->Under Account Details tab
