Not possible upload videos

Hi,
Why can't i manage to upload my own vidéos(avi,mov,wmv, mp4....); in the: "file shared"?(file <= 1M)
No problem with images, jpeg, zip, word, gif.....
Files extensions are present in" settings/medias/extensions allowed..."
Server test (not public) "sme server 9.3", Joomla 3.9.3, php 5.6.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

May i know do you have setup FFmpeg on your server yet? Because system required this FFmpeg to help encoding the video so those user who upload video on the site, that video can able to playable in different browser.

If you already installed FFMpeg v2.8.x Library on your server but it still unable to proceed that external video, can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
