Hi, I have a question about one of my bloggers not getting the Moderation Emails from the server. I checked everything that I can think of, but the system seems to not send my author/blogger a request for moderation email. The only thing I can think is what if I check the "Receive System E-mails" to Yes, under the blogger Account details. However, I don't want this blogger to get all the system emails that a Super User gets. Anyways, any ideas on what is going on?
Well, did some more research and clicking System E-mails isn't the answer. That is for administrators only. I've been forwarding him the emails since I am the administrator. He gets those.... but why not from the system?....

hey Derrick,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

Perhaps you can try set your moderation email address in "Custom Email Address" section from backend > Easyblog > settings > notifications

Also enable this option -> Use Custom Email as Admin Email , so when the user submit a post, system will send notification to these custom email.

if still can't receive, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Thanks Arlex, I will try a few things and run tests with my other bloggers. If it is isolated to only that one guy, then I'll need to look at his email settings. If I can't figure this out, I'll probably want you to look at the settings for me. I'll contact you again later if it is still an issue.

Thanks,
Derrick
