Hello,
Have you set up any cronjob? Your emails might be still in the pending state unless you run this URL manually or using either cronjob or send on page load:
http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron. Below is how to use those two methods.
1. Setup a cronjob
- A cronjob will automatically send your mails at a time interval of your choice
- Check out the this link for reference
http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/how-tos/setting-up-cronjobs-in-cpanel.html
2. Setup send mails on page load.
- Not recommended if you have a lot of mails going out as this will slow down page load time. What this does is actually trigger the send mail process whenever someone loads an EasyBlog page.
- Please go to backend -> EasyBlog -> Settings -> Notification -> General. Here set the "Send emails on page load" to YES
Hope this helps.
