i did not not found modal element in quix 4 for joomla 4, does it still exist ?

What do you mean by modal element? Can you provide us the access to your backend and FTP so that we could have clear picture on your issue here?

Komento does not work automatically with the page builder Quix 4 / Joomla 4 of Themexpert.com,
so as to use Komento there, i have to install it with a normal article page from Joomla 4, and I create a link to that page.
