It is most likely that the polls are not appearing is most likely because of the privacy of these poll items. For instance, if you set the polls to be only visible to your friends, then it shouldn't appear here.

I just added a new poll to the website.
The "All polls" page still only shows 2 polls, these being the latest poll and the previous poll.
The 3rd poll has now disappeared from the page

If it was a privacy issue, then the page should now show 3 polls, since the other 2 were visible before.

Hm, I can't seem to login to the site with the provided login credentials. If you can provide us with the access, I will look into this.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. I tried to add a new poll and it seems to be showing 3 polls on the site now, http://take.ms/PMax6

Which poll disappeared from the list earlier? Did you set an expiration date for that poll? If you did, it would no longer show up.
