not able to upload pictures from frontend

Hi! Since a couple of days we are not able to upload pictures from frontend. Back end it works fine, but most of the autors have only front end access. I just installed the 5.1 hoping it automaticly would solve this, but it seems to be something else.
Can you help me out?

This issues is because you have set your "live_site" wrongly on your configuration.php.

May i know whether it is required for you to use "WWW" on your site or not? If you required them on your site, please add a redirect from https://24people.nl to https://www.24people.nl . If not, please add a redirect from https://www.24people.nl to https://24people.nl and update your configuration.php..

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
