Greetings.

I purchased a new EasyBlog license for a a new site (http://www.trailtorecovery.com). But when I have the API key and try to run the update, it says I need a new API key.

Thanks for your help.

Jeff
hey jeff,
are you perhaps on a different release branch, for example 3.8 or below? in this case the auto-updater doesn't work and to update to the latest 3.9.x version you need to manually install the latest package.
in general the auto-updater only works within the same major number, so when you're on 3.9.x you can always use it to get the latest version as long as the latest version is 3.9.x.x - when it's 4.x then again it won't work.
hope that helps
