Not able to reset password/username

Hello.,

We are not able to reset user passords/usernames from the frontend login,
Please try to click the 2 options and you will find that redirect doesn't work.

This is an issue for all frontend users since they are not able to access the restricted area should they have forgotten their login.

I can able to access in your Joomla backend now, it seems like you have set your Easysocial dashboard menu item only allow `Registered user` can access, so I have to created a few menu item for those `Forgot username and password` menu item from `Hidden Menu (EN)`, you can take a look of this page ->
http://Yourdomain.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_menus&view=items&menutype=hidden-menu (rename Yourdomain.com to your staging domain name)

Can you give it a check? It should work fine now.

I've tried to login from your backend but It seems like you provided that backend login credentials is not working. Please advise.

You are most welcome. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved now.

Because if you didn't create these menu item, so the `Forgot username and password` URL will link to Easysocial dashboard menu item which you restricted only Registered user can access.
