I've checked in your site, it seems like you hitting this error :

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in <b>JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/blocks/handlers/abstract.php</b> on line <b>150</b><br />

To fix this, you have to consult with your webhosting provider to help you install this php module mb_convert_encoding . Because one of the block you insert in your post content, it required this php module to converts the character encoding of string to to_encoding from optionally from_encoding.
