Hi,

Based on subscription package selected by the registrar, is there a way to let one one type of subscribers subscribe to a plan without having to enter their home address, while the need of subscriber's address would be necessary for higher up subscription plans?

Reason being:

Exchanges do not require home address for the 15-minute ticker quote delay. Configure this package as non-mandatory address entry.
Exchanges REQUIRE home address for packages that allow access to live market data. Configure this package as mandatory address entry.

Thank you,
Steve
Yes, it is possible to achieve this, you can try my following instructions :

Imagine now you got 2 subscription plans :
i. Plan A (Required enter address field)
ii. Plan B (Doesn't required enter address field)

1. Create another user workflow from your site backend > Easysocial > custom fields > workflow > edit default 'user workflow' > click 'save as copy'.

2. Then it will generate another duplicate user workflow on your workflow listing page e.g. User Workflow - 1

3. Edit this User Workflow - 1, update the workflow name and the address do not set to require then save.

4. Create another user profile type from your site backend > Easysocial > User > profile type > click NEW > choose your new user workflow > save

5. Go to your site backend > Payplans > Apps, you have to edit one of the 'Easysocial profile type app' which handle this Plan B, then you have to set this 'Profile Type(On Subscription Active)' to your new profile type.

In other word, they do not need to enter this address field when user subscribe to Plan B.
